WOW !! Some people just don't get it!! I told you I didn't want the product on the phone !! Why would you send the product anyway? Are all of the employees at Triclear taught to do business this way? My, I would think you would be out of business by now, just in the loss of Shipping! Where I went to school, I DO NOT means, NO/ NO Thank you! (It doesn't mean NO, but send it to me now Anyway.) Sorry, but I just think that your customer service Dept./ Marketing Reps. need a Refresher Course on Customer relations. Good Luck. ThankYou gayle
