Get my free trial means just that. This company is making money off from people. They are very fraudulent and deceptive people. It is not free, if you do not end the so called free trial you will be locked into a Subscription which will automatically be deducted from your account in the amount of 69.95

August 5, 2007 Triclear Customer Service P.O. Box 1699 Suisun City, CA 94585 Dear Debbie, When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed. Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund. Sincerely, TriClear Management If there are any additional questions that we can answer please feel free to contact us.

people no longer wish to read. very clearly on the website it is stated that after your 2-week free trial, you will be billed 69.95 for the product that you have apparently liked and decided to keep. after that you will be billed for product you will receive monthly and you can cancel anytime. i did the free trial as part of another program where i was to select several different "trials" and i READ the terms and conditions. again, plainly stated were the terms above as well as the customer service number to call if you wanted to cancel. also in the terms i read that if i cancelled during the free trial, i was to return the unused portion to the company. i did cancel during the trial. i did not, however, send the product back (as a matter of fact, i am still using it!). because i read the t&c, i expected to see a charge on my bank account for the product that i kept. i did not. it was not only easy to cancel the subscription, they let me keep the product without paying for it! this was more than fair of the company. it isn't fair to a company when consumers who fail to pay attention to what they are doing (and i'll never understand giving your credit/debit card information to a company without having read every word of either large or fine print) slander them for the consumer's negligence. my experience with this company was positive. i am sure there have been negative experiences, however none of the reports on this website can be attributed to the company - only the consumer's failure to take the responsibility for their own actions (or non-action as the case seems to be).
