Instead of me stating what happened, here are emails to trimlife and a returned email that tells the story.

Back in August of 2003 I ordered Trimlife with the

expectation of receiving a free 3 night vacation. I

still have the certificate which states that I had to

wait 35 days before the vacation certificate would be

mailed to me AFTER receiving the product(you know to

make sure I went past the 30 day refund policy).

Anyway, I called back in October (October 17th) to

tell Customer Service I never received it and it was

resent to me. By the time I received it it said it

would expire in less than two months (December 31)!!!

Who has extra money around Christmas to take a

vacation???!!!

I called 1-888-829-2430 and spoke to a mananger who

identified herslef as "Steph". She told me she owuld

not give me the name of the President of the company

or any other name so I could escalate my problem to.

I called back and spoke to Jason and was told Gary

Galin (CEO) no longer worked for the company and when

I asked for the name of the person who was taking his

place Jason stated to me he could not give me the name

of the person.

This company is dishonest and needs to be reported to

every website priding itself on consumer education on

products BEFORE they buy it starting with

ripoffreport.com and the better business bureau.

were excited by the offer to get free hotel and resort stays over this time. Unfortunately, the vacation did not meet your expectations.

Here is my response:

I do have a question. Why are Customer Service

Representatives that answer the number 1-888-829-2430

have the authorization to have discretion with giving

the names of their superiors? The names? Not their

direct telephone numbers but their names? I had to

call the County Assessors Office along with the

Secretary of State to file a complaint with the

Attorney Generals office because a supervisor who

identified herself as "Steph" and an employee by the

name of Jason told me if Steph didnt feel it was

necessary to give me the name of another supervisor

there was nothing they could do. An employee named

Amanda said the same thing. So I figured the Attorney

General's Office would be able to at least get my

complaint heard and have the proper individual respond

to me. "Steph" told me my problem was

resolved-meaning there was nothing else they would do

so for me to basically get over it.

A member of your staff referred me? I emailed you

directly.

This is the best Trimlife could do as an alternative

gift? I ordered the product FOR the vacation. That

IS why it was offered. Order the product, wait 35

days so you cant get a refund and then wait for your

vacation voucher.
