Enough of the Lies by COWARDS hiding behind Group and

Community Page names who won’t identify themselves!

How can you trust these outrageous lies when NO ONE knows the name of who is posting these statements as fact ? If these statements are not a pack of lies - just ask them them to tell you their name.

I do not hide, because I have nothing to hide - My name is Gail Forrest, Trinity Dobermans a small home based hobby breeder for 25 years who lives in VA.

LIE #1 – Under Investigation for by Animal Control (A/C) for Animal Cruelty – Anonymous complaints

Investigated by A/C & Passed with flying colors, A/C found I had a lovely home, safe clean yard & lovely dogs and at this point after several visits due to fraudulent complaints they will consider any further complaints harassment.

Lie #2 Puppy Mill? I have NEVER had more than 2 litters in any (1) year   in 2012 – 2 litters, in 2013 I had no

litters at all. In 2014 – 2 litters , 2015 1 litter only is planned for the fall.

Lie #3 Social Security Fraud – I have been investigated and SSI found that I have not made a profit over the

$11,700 allowed before my SSI payment would be affected. NO VIOLATION FOUND

Lie #4 Not Licensed as a breeder with the state of Virginia – The LAW in Orange, VA does not require a

business license unless you have 30 or more dogs. I have 5 Dobermans, by law no license required

Lie #5 In Violation of USDA/APIS Licensing Requirements – Latest ruling 11/18/13 if you have 4 or fewer

breedable females you can ship sight unseen and you are not required to have a USDA/APHIS license. I have 1 male, 1 spayed female and 3 unspayed females. By Law I do not require a USDA or State License

Lie #6 Mud Photos stating that my dogs live outside in the mud – these photos were taken after we had weeks of rain and flooding, every farm had mud because of the weeks of rain – My dogs live in my home not outside! Look at the photos – they were taken while the dogs went out for a potty break. The only mud on the dogs was fresh from them playing in the mud, if they lived in the mud there would be dried caked mud on their legs and tummy. Also note not one pile of dog poop because I clean my yard twice a day every day even in the rain and mud.

Lie #7 Trinity Dobes Breeds WZ (white factored dobes) There have been several breeders use the Pre-fix

Trinity and especially after the Matrix Movies, many have used the TRINITY in the AKC Registered name of their dogs. I can provide copies of the AKC registration for every dog I have ever bred to show NONE have a WZ as part of their AKC #

LIES all made by a coward who hides behind FAKE Names on FB and behind FB page/community names - ask them to prove who they are with a copy of their drivers license - if they have nothing to hide - then ask them what their name is

Not one of these reports on Gail Fisher, Trinity Dobermans is true. These are posted by the owner of a hate page on Facebook and her friends.They are brainwashed animal rights extemists and have been reported to the FBI for acts if domestic terrorism under the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. 

This report was filed by a FRAUD - Every bit of these accusations are false. Please see the Rip-off report filed by a breeder in California who has also been targeted by Elizabeth Andrzejczak.  Just because you say something does not mean its true - you need proof or evidence and this fraud has none.  Her vendetta using lies to attack breeders is well known in the animal community.
