Tristar products has disappointed me,they're the first co. I've had a problem with. Ordered a Pasta Express Pot over 2 mths. ago,still have not received.Searching for they're buisiness #. If anyone out there has access to their phone number please post it using the rebuttle. THANKS!

Dang Potts Don't Exist

I too ordered the fabled potts (Jan 11 to be exact) and they have yet to arrive. However I was able to get a customer service number from my bank for this company it's 1-800-558-0420. Beware, they will try to tell you it's already been sent. Then they'll say it should arrive in a couple of weeks. Also make sure to have your account number handy ( they will be very nasty about looking it up for you). Good luck!! I have recieved no pott and no refund as of yet.
