You should have written a letter rather than calling. I suggest you write them a letter detailing exacting who, what and when of your complaint. Tell them you want a complete refund to your credit card account. Send it Certified with return receipt requested. Next, dispute the charges with the credit card company in writing also. Your statement will have the address where to send the letter. In this type of situation always confirm what was discussed, with whom, and date and time with a letter.
