After reading the comments of some of the others who have complained about this company,I am stunned at the similarilies. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my belongings. They are being held hostage no doubt insome dirty warehouse. I seriously doubt they will be salvagable, and by what I've read, most will be missing. It is my understanding that the FMC can suspend their licenses,or at least that is what I've been told.
In the meantime, everything I oen is in the hands of these scam artists. What amazes me is the fact that what they are doing is not recognized as a crime?
I have contacted news agencies who are preparing to do an interview about this, hopefully it will help you as well.

On April 5, 2006 I had my Arbitration hearing ordered by the Circuit Court of Charles County, Maryland. The Judge found Trucks on Call liable for several incidents in my move. Trucks on Call were found liable of overbilling for my move out of storage of $115.00/hr. for 8 hours. My original contract was $135 an hour but to deliver my household goods I was charged $250 an hour. So he calculated my reimbursement to be $920. It did not take them 8 hours it only took them 5 hours total so my reimbursement should have been $1450. Actually, $530 short. He also awarded me reimbursement for missing and damaged items of $438.40 but he forget to include my television stand shelves and curtain rod in the award. Natan lied and stated they did not have my items they didn't deliver although I had a letter by Amy written in December 2005, that states they do have them. They probably threw them away by now. I would have preferred to have my items back ... he could have brought them to the hearing especially the glass to my tables and the shelves to my TV stand. Although I do not agree with the amount awarded ... it has been over a year fighting Trucks on Call for my household goods and overpayment, so any amount at this time is a victory. For me it proves that everything I have written is TRUE about Trucks on Call. Neither Judge ordered me to remove any postings from the internet. Now I'll see if I ever get my reimbursement check. I'll be taking them back to court for my award and I will also attach a lien on whatever Trucks on Call owns. I HOPE THIS POSTING HEEDS A CLEAR WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING HIRING TRUCKS ON CALL TO MOVE THEIR HOUSEHOLD GOODS ANYWHERE!
