STAY WAY from TRUEELEC.com. I am not a competitor by any means. I am a hard working person who got scammed by this company. The reason I say I am not a competitor is because when you question  about all their bad reputation on internet, they say "it is our competitors who deliberate mischief our reputation" The bad thing is that I only questioned after I felt I had been ripped off by them.

The same story repeat itself, they send you an invoice that looks real. It says "guarantees for products declaring that they have respective guarantees" and "This proforma invoice is with Legal engaging" I am really mad at myself for believing on this stupid invoice. Everything is fake. They give you stupid excuses for 3 weeks eg: it was damaged has to return to the manufacturer, it returned and then it was shipped to the wrong place, they got it back and there is a fee to get thru customs and goes on and on until you get fed up. Then, they say they will return your money within one month. After that, they NEVER answer your emails and they block you from their chat conversations.

Intriguing is that they post fake TACKING numbers, can you believe it. If you paste and copy on the shipping website, it actually works. I have no idea how they do it. They only post 7 tracking numbers a day to make believe they are in business (stealing, of course). When I questioned this detail, they say they can only post 7 a day, but they ship a lot more...hum...  Another detail, after some research, I find out their IP address is based in US and operates from China and they have a lot more websites with the same set up and different names.

So, people out there PLEASE BEWARE of these scambags who wants to steal from us. I am sure I am not the only one and will not be the last..Please lets stop Chinese thiefs!!!!! My money is gone and I never got my product. They are a bunch of dishonest people taking advantage of who's looking to save a few bucks. They advertise on CRAIGLIST and sites offering cheap electronics...under different names...they have many websites operating.....BEWARE!!!!
