I paid $4.95 shipping and handling for a 15 day free bottle of Ultra Burn PM. There was nothing stating that if you don't contact them in writing or by phone within the 15 days your account will be debited $46.90. So just yesterday which was 02/12/2006.

I was on the internet looking at my checking account when I noticed an amount of $46.90 had been withdrawn out of my account, for the Ultra Burn PM and I was wondering what the heck for because I hadn't ordered any more Ultra Burn PM. So I waited until the next day when their office was open because at the time their office was closed.

Well I called at 8:00a.m sharp that's what the recording had on the phone Mon. through Thursday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Well I didn't get any one until about 10:30 a.m so the lady I spoke with I asked her if and when I do get the bottle of the supposedly 3 month supply of Ultra Burn could I return it unopened and untouched and my money be put back into my checking account? Well she said no I would not recieve a refund because once the bottle was sent out the company would not give me my money back even if I did send the product back. She claimed to have cancelled any further shipments, I called my bank and had my debit card cancelled just in case.

I think this is just a crying shame I have had something like this happen to me before but the company returned my money back into my account as soon as I returned their merchandise back to them. I hope that something will be done about this ASAP and everyone that has been scammed by this company will recieve our money back.

This company is a total scam and I know from experience with them that it is not over yet for you. If you read the terms and conditions carefully on their web site you will see that you were automatically signed up for another program when you ordered your free trial. The other program is usually E Curves and has either a 20 day or 30 day trial. If you do not cancel that also they will charge the hell out of you for it. You can only cancel online but you can call their customer service to get a web address and username and password to get in. Hope this helps.
