Jeffrey Taraday, one of the owners of Trusii approved me and enrolled me in their case study in June 2018, where they would “provide” a molecular hydrogen water machine to me in exchange for my honest feedback and completion of a few monthly requirements.

All I had to do was take out a loan in my name and they would reimburse me monthly for the loan payments for three years.  They supplied the application and they submitted to third party lenders.  I was approved by a third party lending company.  Trusii also included a 3 year service and repair warranty with the machine.

My machine broke for the first time in March 2019.  I called Trusii several times, emailed several times and never heard back.  I was able to obtain the contact information for a previous owner, and he helped me repair it over the phone.  He left the company sometime after.  My machine broke for the second time in May 23, 2019.

Since that date, I have called their number 3 times and left messages with the receptionist.  I have sent emails on 18 different occasions letting them know my machine broke and was not working any longer.  I never heard from or saw the technician they promised me about 6 times over the past 3 months.  They have made no physical attempt service or repair my machine.

Also, there is a filter within the machine that they recommend be replaced every 8-12 months.  I have had my machine for over 12 months and have asked a few times for a new filter, with no response.  In addition to the inoperable machine, I began testing the H2 ppm’s on the machine in October of 2018.

Trusii advertised on their site that the machine I had produced 3-6ppm of molecular hydrogen.  Using blue testing drops, I measured consistently a lower ppm of 1-2ppm over the course of the next 6 months.  It never produced what was promised.

Regarding the payments on the case study:  My payments were deferred until January 2019.  I was paid for January and February without issue.  In March 2019 they bounced a check to me.  I was reissued a check for March and paid in April (via PayPal).  In May 2019 they did not follow through on their agreement to pay me my monthly reimbursement.

They then informed me that they had suspended me from the case study and were not going to pay me due to noncompliance.  I provided them with evidence to the contrary with screenshots and documentation of my completed requirements from my time in the study.  They “reinstated me” and I had to ask repeatedly for my payments for May, June and July.

They stopped paying me in August and I haven’t been paid since. Trusii has sent out several lengthy emails since August 2019 where they said they were going to stop paying people for the month of August, do an audit of their system, which had been “poorly managed”, blamed everyone else for their lack of follow through and then completely changed the case study requirements, effectively asking participants to lie about their results in exchange for monthly reimbursement payments.

They changed the “warranty” on the machine to include case study participants paying hundreds of dollars to troubleshoot and fix the machine, which was not in the original agreement. They are now saying they "overpaid" me due to my noncompliance in the study, where they said I didn't complete my requirements, of which I have documentation to the contrary.  They sent me an invoice for this overpayment.

They have put mine and my husband’s and my credit in jeopardy.  They have scammed innocent people out of thousands of dollars.  To my knowledge there are close to 500 that I know of that have been scammed by trusii.  Multiply that by the cost of the machines and you are looking at millions of dollars that they have stolen.  Not to mention, most of the people they scammed have significant health issues, of which they have exploited and left many of us worse off than before.

As of this filing, they are still advertising the case study.  Chris Kennedy was arrested in Florida in February on fraud charges (for a different company) and is awaiting his court hearing.
