I was contacted by the president of the company in Feb. He apologigized because I was dissatisfied with the package I recieved that was debited from my acccount for 299. He told me he would refund my money in 5- 7 business days. It's now the middle of April and still I have no refund. I have written him several times .But I still recieved nothing . He asked if I would come back to this website and write that he contacted me to refund my money so I did. I sent the package. I figure I'll never see my money. It was really hard to come up with in the first time, being a single mom bearly having enough to pay my bills. I learned a lesson (hard one that is). I'll never do anything like that again.

The president of the company called me today. He says he will be refunding my money to my account. And he also said he was sorry it didn't work out for me. He was very nice to me. I'm glad there are presidents of companys like him who care about customer satisfaction.
