TRX Software Low-Down Dirty Evil Snakes MURFREESBORO Tennessee
I was initially introduced to TRX by an audit client back in 2010 and ended up purchasing their program for the 2010 tax year the same year. I also, subsequently purchased the program in years 2011 and 2012. However, by 2012 TRX had decided that they were not going to outsource their tax software development and create it in-house. Unfortunately, during the 2012 tax season the TRX software had countless deficiencies and malfunctioning issues, which required alot of tax professional using TRX program to lose alot of their clients due to this issue. In addition, it also allowed their former software delevoper Mainstreet to obtain their previous clients, since they branched off on their own. As such, I purchased the Mainstreet software as well in 2012 in order to retain the clients that I had left, meaning I had and purchased two separate tax programs for the tax season of 2012 and only one was working proeprly to file returns. TRX would not refund me or the individual that refereed me.
Furthermore, I received and urgent email, stating that after May 1, 2013, the tax program will not be at the rate of $299.99, which is the price I purchased it at last year and didn't receive a refund upon my request. As such, I opened the email in a hurry and called the number, not realizing it was TRX that I was calling. However, I purchased the program at the rate of $299.99 plus shipping and handling. Subsequently, the next morning, I get into work, I check my emails and I had received a receipt for my purchase of the program. At the moment, I realized that this is not the tax program that I used in 2012, so I called TRX and spoke with a sales manager who told me that there is nothing she can do.
