Do not ever give this man money up front. He may ask in the form of a "due diligence fee" or a "guarantee bond" or an "engagement fee". I am not going into detail and this is my opinion, a very experienced opinion learned the hard way. Just suffice it to say this is not a person you should ever give money to.
