Can you please update on what is going on? You never really elaborated on what they said was going on in your home, how old is Phoenix? Did they put him in foster care, and is he being abused there? Don't let them put him in foster care, get a really good attorney- they are pulling crap on people all of the time that isn't really within the law- they just hope you won't notice.

Do me a favor, and read up on this, there are websites with really good info. Did you keep a log of this in writing with dates and times? Do you have ANY witnesses? Is there any possible way that they have surveillance in your home and 2 way speakers & tracking devices in your car? Have you ever come home and found your car open? What is CODAC- I don't understand. Also, you don't have to put your child in any daycare, that is crazy- why would you if you are home?

Is there a problem in your home, like a felon there or something- and, even if there is, the actual crime is all that matters- you can have them evaluated to prove they are okay- the cops, CPS, and them are all hypocrites- you wouldn't believe the things I know about them and the wives they choose to marry- drug addicts, felons, etc., etc.- and they get to keep their kids because they make alot of money, that is what it is all about- money.

They get a lot of money for selling your kid into the system. That female, Amy- got to keep her Xmas bonus that year for what they did to your kid- Not everyone knows this, but CPS is required to permanently take a few kids per year to keep their funding. I can personally tell you in all honesty before God, that these children are raped & exploited in state subsidized foster homes all over America- even sold to the highest bidder for "sleepovers" and used in child porn websites. What did your daughter do that is worse than what THEY will do to your kid?

On 4/22/11 I called the Ombudsman's office in Phoenix and explained everything to Cara and she said she would call me back. on 4/25/11 Cara called back and left a message stating that the case is being closed and CPS just needed to finish paperwork and would send a Letter to Amber to the fact that the case is now closed. On Wed, the 11th Darlene left a message for Amber to call her and I called and left a message, Darlene never called back, so I called her back on the 12. Darlene said she only wanted to let Amber know she would not be coming back to the house and I said good since I was told the case was closed she really had no reason to come back to the house and all should be finished.

A couple of hours later 2 sheriffs pulled up with Amy and another lady we asked for Id and the new lady would not show it, we asked Amy if she had a Court Order to take Phoenix and she said yes, she had a sighed Court Order from a judge, she would not let any one not even the Sheriffs see the papers, she had the other lady take Phoenix who ran out to their vehicle, threw the paper's to Amber and she ran to the car and sped off almost hitting another car, with Phoenix only wearing under wear.

When had to get the officer's back and paramedics because the papers Amy threw Amber, were not signed by a judge, and Amber needed immediate medical attention, as did I my chest pains came back. Amber and I went to the Court house first thing Friday morning and I filed for full custody of my grandson, because if Amber does not get  Probation (instead of Jail for her other court case) Amber wants me to have Custody because he has his own room and he is comfortable here this is his home.

After filing the papers and going to a Dr appt for me, Amber had to go to CPS and see AMY, who told her that the only way she would allow her to have Phoenix back is to move to a Shelter, stop going to CODAC, and see one of their counselors, and put Phoenix in Day care, ( I never knew it was a mandatory Law to put a toddler in Day care if a parent did not feel he was ready)   .
