I've used turbo tax for years. If you e-filed, the IRS (along with your state tax office) will have copies of your return. You can request them, thus proving it was filed. If you're missing a refund, contact the IRS help line.
More detail would be helpful.

Is there a reason that TurboTax should be contacting you about your 2010 Taxes?
Since you said you paid for the State and local, I imagine that you didn't pay for the Federal. So did they say you were going to get your State and Local free?
