TV Box Sets, Garcia Media Group Preyed on my excitment and ran off with my money, This should not be allowed, F&*@ing Scammers Montreal Internet
I have been waiting patiently for my very rare order. I was excited to find Jem & the holograms, something I had watched religiously when I was young. Then I recieved the same email as everyone about (you should recieved the tracking # when it ships), I still have not recieved one. I have emailed them on numerous accounts and just received this from them.

I expect to get the same response from the company as many of you, once you have posted this rip off report. I was stunned to read all reports on this company and they have the nerve to send the same generic rebutal to all of us it is as follows:
Dear client, first and foremost i would like to apologize for your trouble regarding this matter , as i recently came across this posting i would like to reassure you that you have not been defrauded or voluntary ignored .
Unfortunately at this moment i cant precisely know what went wrong with your transaction, but can only assume that this issue is only a matter of a misplaced order , lost in transit , damaged in transit or simple never delivered for unknown reasons.

Who is this guy he should be prosecuted!!!!. I am lucky to get my money back from the bank, but if we don't stop this I am afraid our banks and credit card companies will get tired of paying out all this money for scams that we will be SOL in the future. Tell everyone this company looks legit, but they are SCAMMERS!!!

I've done a lot of leg work in tracking the right people to contact on how to get some sort of resolution. If you haven't already done so, go to http://www.ic3.gov (the FBI uses this site to build cases of internet crimes) also, go to http://www.recol.ca (Canadian law enforcement group tracking internet crimes) Contact your credit card company or bank and file a dispute on the charge, you may or may not get your money back, but it's a start. I hope this helps you and others.
