in July of 2007 i had made a purchase which i was promised would arrive within about 2 weeks or less and never received it. i sent and email and was tole it was being lookied into then later was told that i would be refunded within a week if nothing was heard from their supplier. that was over a month ago since the last i heard from them and sent several emails which they are now ignoring.
