Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Before I ordered a ring from TV Jewellery, I asked the quality of the diamonds. They said SI. So I ordered the ring. They asked for the CVV code and I emailed it to them. They began to process my order ONE FULL WEEK later. The processing took another week on top of that.

Then they finally shipped me my ring after 21 days. Guess what? They shipped the totally wrong ring. The diamonds were NOT SI quality. They claimed the ring was 14kt but it actually had 10kt stamped in the ring.

I returned the ring (at my own expense).

Then they told me that the original ring I ordered was worth much more than I originally paid, so I was getting a deal. Then I was sadly informed that the ring was actually I2 quality (the lowest possible diamond quality known to man) which I never would have ordered in the first place had I known.By that time, there had been so many mix ups. A week after they received my returned ring, they sent the proper ring I ordered. A full 1 month and 10 days after I ordered the ring, I received my ring.

After 5 days, a diamond broke and fell out of the ring. A diamond BROKE! Now they won't return my emails because they have my money and all I have is some second-rate, cheap ring sitting on my dresser. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY, and then it's game over. I am in Japan and cannot litigate this internationally. However, I will do my best to get my money back.

Please help me by sending emails to them and ask for my money back. Thanks!

They're just as bad!  I ordered a platinum neckless from them, when it arrived the platinum was all scratched, and the diamonds were translucent with visable black and brown flaws (NOT as described!), part of the order was missing, and when I finally got a refund, it was an unendorsed cheque!

I'm absolutely amazed that a company of that size would lie so much. I still have the ring with the broken diamond. And diamonds ARE NOT SUPPOSED to break. They are THE hardest substance in the world, and everything else is measured by the diamond's standard. And it broke after five days! Five! I have been wearing my invisible set diamond ring everyday for 2 years and no diamonds have fallen out. I also have two other invisible set diamonds that are still in perfect condition. here are some lies that they are selling in their rebuttal: 1. They offered to fix it. No they didn't. They ceased all communication. Johnny Dang should include a cc copy of the email in which he offers repair. He can't. It's a hoax. 2. The ring was still under warranty. They don't offer a warranty. It states that explicitly on their website. 3. I didn't mention in my complaint that I live in Japan. Yes, I stated it very clearly. 4. I didn't want to pay to send it back for repair. If you remember, I wasn't offered repair, you liar. And even if I had been offered, I had already had to pay to ship the first wrong ring back to your company. I would still send it for repairs if you were really offering. Not only that, but I wrote a review on the ring, stating that they had bad business practices and that the diamond broke and guess what? They erased my review!!! Check it out for yourself (((ROR redacted))) To only want to hear positive feedback, not real feedback is atrocious. And the to follow it up by lying on a bad business website? Too much. You should be ashamed of your business and sad attempts to screw over the little guy. If you really want some diamond jewelry over the net, go to Front Jewellers on eBay or TraxNyc. They have better bling, for much cheaper. And they have actual guarantees. Johnny Dang. Pfffffff! We have tried to work with the customer but since we had mailed the wrong product in the first place (which we replaced with the correct product as soon as the ring was returned) she was not very happy from the beginning. She did not like the fact that shipping took so long (she probably did not mention in her report that she is located in Japan). She started coming up with problems with the ring that she received (the major problem being a broken diamond). And she simply would not accept the fact that the diamond broke when the ring was in her possession (YES, DIAMONDS, like anything else in the world, DO BREAK WHEN YOU APPLY PRESSURE OR DUE TO IMPACT). We offered to replace the diamond since the product was under warranty. However, the customer was reluctant to send the ring back due to high shipping cost. There are some EXAGGERATION in her report but we do understand that we are bound to have a few unsatisfied customers but when you are in business for a decade, a few unsatisfied customers among thousands of extremely satisfied customers is not too bad. The last email we had sent the customer was to inform her that we will apply 20% discount to her next order to make up for her inconvenience. We regret the fact that she decided not to purchase anything else from us. Johnny dang & CO DBA TV JEWELRY
