I placed an order for a game with these folks on 11/19/07 for a Christmas present.

I received an email thanking me for my order, giving me my order number and details, etc.

I received one more email telling me that it would be shipped soon.

I didn't receive anything and when I tried to contact them, their website directed me to CustomerSystem.Com

The website does not work, nor do their links!

I emailed the following and received this answer:

I purchased "The Claw" from your company on 11/19/07, order number ******. I have still NOT received this item. Could you please tell me where it is, as the tracking link and order details link on this website do not work! Will it be here in time for Christmas? Thank you!

The answer that I received:

Dear

Your order has been deleted due to the item being discontinued. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

I tried calling and could not find a 'human' and their "LIVE CHAT" doesn't work on their website either!

I have the sinking feeling that these people are just nothing more than identity thief's. I want to turn them over to the FBI or some agency that deals with crooks!

I'm just sorry that I didn't see the Rip Off Report on these same folks earlier.
