Ordered boxset ofThe Wonder Years in July, 2007. No merchandise ever received. VISA willlingly credited my account. On Oct 5, received an email notification from the sociopaths that they were going to re-charge my account and hoped that I was enjoying my DVDs. Phoned credit card company, explained the situation and requested that my account be closed. They agreed to do so. However, what they should be doing is cutting these crooks off from the use of their services. Let's face it -- there is money in this for VISA and the crooks.
