Further, I am retired and have the time, so I will make it a crusade to send you to jail. May not succeed, but will revel in the attempt. I simply do not understand two-legged animals with no morals, scruples or decency.

Any time you visit a website that DOES NOT include a valid street address for the business, that should be a RED FLAG to not order any product or services from that website. Further, do a "whois" on the domain name, if the domain is registered by a "domain proxy" service, they are again not revealing their location. Further, TVBOXSET.COM was registered for ONLY one year! Does that give you any idea of how far reaching their business plan is? THERE IS A REASON FOR THIS! They do not want you to know what legal jurisdiction they are in so that you can't file a criminal complaint with THEIR local law enforcement agencies or file a civil suit in a court that has jurisdiction in their area. For all you folks who are still waiting for product from TVBOXSET. Send good ole Jeff at [email protected] an email requesting a valid canadian POST mailing address so that you can send him a certified letter and let us know what happens! I bet you won't get a response to THAT email. The Canadian Government has a Ministry website to help consumers resolve issues with business, but the first thing they want from you is a copy of the letter you MAILED to the business in an attempt to work it out. It's just too darn bad you can't send such a letter to TVBOXSET.COM!!! Jeff repeatedly claims they are not a scam, and to some degree, because some folks have actually received product, "scam" is probably not accurate. However, they do appear to be less than on the "up and up." Jeff could clear things up and greatly improved his credibility if he would post the actuall mailing address for TVBOXSET, but alas he hasn't done that. In the future, if you're going to order something from a website, check the site for complete contact information! Then make a phone call to them and attempt to verify the mailing address. Check with the postal service - in the US you can go to the USPS website and verify any mailing address as "deliverable." I don't know if the Canadian Post has a similar feature on a website. Frauds don't give out their mailing address and so far TVBOXSET.COM is not making their address available to their customers and potential customers - go figure!
