Well, my order finally arrived today. The packaging was dated with a date of July 19, 2007 so it took about 3 weeks to get here once it was shipped from Canada. Accordingly, it wasn't the fault of TVBoxSet that the order arrived so late. The Beatles cartoons themselves play just fine. The quality could be a bit better, but it's hard to expect that out of a TV show from the 60's. I also happened to receive my credit card bill today and I was charged exactly what I was told I would be. The biggest gripe I have is that there was absolutely no response from TVBoxSet.com when I sent them e-mails to their customer service department after having had not received my order (and then reading what I saw on Ripoff.com). I sent 3 separate e-mails with no response. It was not until I posted my initial Ripoff.com report that I received an e-mail in return indicating that they would do a follow-up check with the postal service. But...bottom line is that I received my DVD's and that they play fine. The delay in shipping was NOT the fault of TVBoxSet.com and I was not charged any more than stated.
