Customer Service: I purchased this a Stove Duraflame Stove heater DFS-950-6 from QVC back in September, and they CLAIMED it would cost .25 cents per hour to run, well I Live in Ct. my current rate for Electricity is .0789 and my ELECTRIC BILL went from 59.90 in Sept. then to 129.70 in NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER'S BILL IS 200.89? Well, what state only costs .25 cents an hour to RUN, AS ADVERTISED? SInce you are located in FLA. I figured that is where it is estimated! I live in a mobile home that is 980 sq. ft. and I was hoping that it would defer the cost of Kersone which is 5.09 per gallon.

I would truly appreciate some response to this urgent issue. I CONSIDER THIS A FRAUD, MISLEADING and HORRIBLE.
