Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am a 61 year old handicapped male living in snow country and must use a walker and occasionally am able to use a quad cane.  I ordered a service dog harness for my Gordon Setter in March of 2013, have not received it yet and cancelled my order via telephone call with Mr. Wayne Tuttle.  He blamed the delay due to the fact the harness was being custom made in Florida by another individual.

After repeated phone calls and emails, I have received no response from Wayne or Tina.  The cost of the harness was $142.00 plus and for someone who receives only a small Social Securty Disability stipend on a monthly basis, this amount represents a great deal of money to me.  I am continuing to call and email Two Tuttles to finally try and get my refund for merchandise never received.  Based upon the other reports I have read on Ripoff Report, I am not the only disabled person who is having similar problems with the Two Tuttles.

I would like to add my complaint along with the others I have read.  My sincere advise, DO NOT do any business with this company, affiliated companies, or Wayne and Tina Tuttle.  I find it very disappointing and discouraging in this day and age that there are operating businesses like Two Tuttles who can legally steal from individuals like myself, as well as other handicapped people.  It would appear Wayne and Tina find us, as a group, easy prey for their money making scheme.

I am sitting here wondering how many other people have been or currently are being ripped off by Wayne and Tina.  While my personal handicap is just limited to my legs, my heart goes out to all those with more serious disabilities who have been taken advantage of by the Tuttles.  I think of someone affected with blindness, deafness, or para or quadra-palegic symptons and the need they have for the products supposedly offered by Two Tuttles.  It is my hope they have found a real company with real merchandise to satisfy their personal needs.

At this point in time, I am continuing my efforts to recover the money I paid Tina & Wayne.  While having little employment opportunity, I have lots of time on my hands to continue my efforts to recover my money.  If there are others of you out there finding yourself in similar circumstances as I, there should be some manner in which we can all get together and stop the Tuttles from stealing fdrom more people.  I offer my help to anyone who needs it in pursuing just compensation from Wayne and Tina.

Hopefully, via Ripoff Report, there is a way to combine numbers to bring the Tuttles to justice, providing refunds to all owed and additional compensation for any who suffered additional expenses in trying to recover their money spent on merchandise that was never received.  Scammers like Wayne and Tina should be absolutely ashamed of themselves-specially considering the market they have targeted (disabled, handicapped, etc.).

Shame on Them!
