On 5/22/19 my wife answered an ad on Facebook for a folding electric mobility scooter and paid $199.99. She received an email thanking her for her order, and on 6/7/19 another email stating it had shipped. On 7/19/19 we received a hand held spinner toy (the merchant told our bank we received it on 6/7/19).
All means of contacting UFURHI have been futile. We bank at BofA and our claim was closed because "the merchant" provided shipping details for the spinner toy, but we cannot contact "the merchant," as soon as payment was made all communication was lost, websites are down, etc. Also, the merchant listed Phoenix, AZ as their location, but the spinner toy shipped from China.
