UHaul Moving and Storage Denied access to property for five months of contract while in good standing, destroyed and stole property columbus Ohio
Rented storage unit Aug. 2013, from November 2014 until March 2015 (rental fees were current) I was denied access to my unit. In March 2015, UHaul emplpyee opened unit for me and several pieces of property had been stolen and everything else had been ransacked. I was told by owner to file police report and file with UHaul's Insurer. My Claim was of course denied.
I continued to pay intil a few months ago. In addition to $3,000 of property being stolen, things were broken and ransacked. This Friday October 29, 2016, they are auctioning off what is left. Please, help.
I filed a complaint previously with Six on Your Side. You tried contacting the owner and he refused to speak with you. Again please help.
