UK-SOCCERSTORE.COM; Capital-sports.com UK-SOCCERSTORE.COM - Ripped me off, took my money and did not supply goods Internet Internet
I placed an order for an adults and childs football kits for Euro 2008 on the 11th June. I emailed them to find out what was happening and was told that the goods had been shipped on the 14th June and was told it took 14 to 18 days for delivery.
I emailed them on the 17th July to chase up delivery, they emailed me back (someone called Karen) and said that the post office said that they tried to deliver the goods but no one was at my home to sign for them. This was total "BS" as I work from a home office and was there all day and also the Post Office leave a message to explain that they tried to deliver and no message was even left!
I emailed on the 30th July and explained that they should either refund my money or send goods. An email was sent to me on 31sty July to say that the goods would be with me within days and if they were not then my money would be refunded. I questioned this email as they had already told me that the goods where with the Post Office!
Emailed again in the 5th August to explain that no goods had been received. Received email on 6th August and was promised refund within 3 to 4 working days. This never happened so emailed them on 16th August strongly complaining and never received a reply.
I did contact Paypal as I purchased through them but they said they could not help due to the value of the purchase and the method of purchase (outside of ebay).
