SCAMMERS AND THEIVES!!! ONLY OUT FOR PROFIT DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS **Please share****BUYER BEWARE DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM ULTIMATE AUTOMOTIVE AND DETAIL INC!!!! Haven't heard anything back after talking to ULTIMATE AUTOMOTIVE AND DETAIL INC on Main Street in Newtown, Ohio on Friday 03/25/2016... No phone call, nothing... NO COMMUNICATION AND THEY SELL VEHICLES THAT STOP WORKING WITHIN 24 HOURS! I'm to the point to where i have contacted the Attorney General's office, FTC and the BBB & filed a complaint. (Previous Post: So friends here is our dilemma, we bought a car at a used car lot, 2003 Toyota Solara, about 2 weeks ago (March 8, 2016) and not even 24 hours when we took it off a lot it started overheating... TC asked the guy before we bought it what problems it had before and it turned out the radiator had blew but he said they had fixed it and the thermostat.... Well obviously that's not the case.... TC has already added a new water pump another new thermostat as well as a new radiator cap and the vehicle is still overheating. It is at this point the head gasket, which you all know is very expensive to fix if you take it to a shop. Luckily TC can fix it but the fact that he has to spend all day working on a vehicle that we just bought and don't even have permanent plates for yet is absolutely ridiculous. I've contacted the shop numerous times about being disappointed about the car not working properly and I called 03/25/2016 and was told that I would get a call back once he found out some information.... When I didn't get a call back, I sent a text to Duncan that works at the lot that sold me the car...They are completely ignoring me. I don't want anybody else to spend their $4,000 on a car that didn't even run for me for 24 hours before it overheated. This place has no respect for their customers and their service is a scam. Nothing like a place that is okay with a mother and her daughter being stranded on the side of the highway with an overheated vehicle... As well as practically stealing $4,000 because they sold us a lemon.

Misrepresentation

They told us that the previous problem with the vehicle was it over heating and that it had been fixed. Obviously that isn't the case since it was over heating within 24 hours... I am not asking for free warranty "service", i am just warning others that this lot misrepresents the performance of their vehicles and used a lot of puffing. Either way, if i can save a family from losing money like we did then at least something has been accomplished. Thanks for your input anyways...

Warranty?

Since you didn't mention a warranty nor their failure to honor any said warranty, one must assume this was an "AS IS" purchase. As such, you are not entitled to free warranty service. You can get as upset as you wish and that fact might be reasonable on your part, but you are not entitled to free warranty service if you didn't get a warranty!
