I was reached by telephone by a fellow that had a definate India accent. He said that I would absolutely qualify for at least $20,000.oo federal grant money. ALl i had to do was purchase a grant package for $239.00.....and of course that money was completely refundable if i was not pleased.
The money was electronically transferred from my account 04/23/2004. No package ever arrived, and I have been trying for 6 months to reach a human being to ask for a refund. I get a recording that puts me on hold for hours. NO package, no way to ask for my money back. That's a heck of a deal, huh?
