In summary, if you go to this hotel (Sunset World, Cancun Mexico) you will be drilled with aggressive sales representatives all during your trip. You will not enjoy the stay because they will drill you at dinner and breakfast to join their membership. They will tell you it's not timshare but a membership to receive massive discounts on future five start hotels worldwide. ALL FALSE!!!!!! Bottom line: we paid $7600 to date and found out after two months waiting for their activation to gain access to their database of hotels worldwide, that it was a scam.
The prices to the hotels are 5-10% lower than expedia, not five stars, and some are higher than expedia. So you ask yourself...why did we pay for over $7000 for the benefit of what???? The hotel only cares that you pay and will not attend to your complain afterwards. The food is horrible and the cocktail drinks are nasty. There's nothing nice about the stay especially when scammed. We are under a legal battle with them right now to get money back but they are no where to be seen and are $7000 richer with my money and absolutely not one benefit becasue their prices of hotels were all a complete 100% scam.
