Beware of this company. Nic Dos Santos and Nam Vuong cannot be trusted. This company deals in Tropical Fish and Coral and cost our company over $25,000 USD for not handling paperwork properly. They claim to be the best supplier in Australia and they are by far and away the worst. They talk bad about everyone else in Australia about corals being infected while theirs are clean, yet their corals are infected worst than anyone. also their pricing is twice everyone else. They disguise their coral behind names like Ultra, Rainbow, Spirograph, Rare, Super.. It's all the same as everyone else.
If you are a Coral and Fish Importer, do not purchase product from Ultra Coral Australia. There are 25-30 better suppliers to deal with in Australia and Nam Vuong doesn't have 1 clue about customer service. They are egostical - non knowledgeable and arrogant.. Their corals do not match up to their invoices.
If you want to give away your money, use them. If you want a real supplier, contact the Authrorities in Australia and get a list of all licensend exporters.
