Well I finally after a lot of trouble received a credit back to my account. I never gave authorization for UltraFitness to take any monies out of my account. I was given the $44.90 back as of 10/29/2005. However now as of today 11/01/2005 Ultra Fitness took out $24 for some online support. Once again never asked for this support. I am very frustrated. I have had issues with trying to contact customer service. On hold for several minutes. Once told that this individual David Johns is out of the office. Next time I am told he doesn't work there. I am getting sick and tired of getting the run around and hope that I will be compensated and credited the $24 back soon and taken off this so called autoship program. In mean time do not order the Ultra PM. It is a rip off and will make you sicker than a dog. Thanks
