My Mr. Fake is actually a real living person who indeed did keep his word even though I was rather rude after being fueled by rebuttal comments. I got my 44.90 check through cert. mail and as soon as David saw my response to the second debit he had Ultrafitness credit my debit card. David never called me to tell me because I had been truely a witch to him on the phone first then via this site. However after seeing the credit posted from Ultrafitness for $24 I called him and he explained that the second debit had been transmitted the day before I spoke to him therefore he had no idea I had been debited again and since I was pissed he credited my account w/o contacting me. So lessons learned - read, read, read before I pay via online, dont be influnced by others so easly to be a witch and there are a few honest people left in the business world. THANKS FOR MY REFUND & IM TRUELY NOT THE WITCH I APPEARED TO BE SORRY

Keep up with those emails and phone calls. I'm sure this whole thing is just one big misunderstanding. I'm sure mr fake name is more than willing to staighten this whole thing out. You just need to give him the chance. I'm mean, after all, he did send you worm pills for animals. Then, he stole money out of your account. After promising to stop, he turned right around and did it again. But, you keep right on calling. You'll make an honest man out that crook yet.

After being reassured nothing else would be charged to me or sent to me by Mr. David Johns, whatta ya know, I go to my online account info and on the same day my bank processed my claim on the first debt, there just below the claim refund was yet another debit from ULTRA FITNESS for $24.00. I instantly sent a fax to Mr. Johns telling him about the debit and requested he call me. Not a word from him. The refund he promised has not had time to get here yet, but just like he assured me I would have no other problems with his company, I am still having to deal with yet another debit for something I made very clear I do not want. So, David when you receieve your copy of this,DON'T contact me until you are able to keep YOUR "WORD" because I trusted you and now you can trust the next thing I do is call my bank to report your company again and close my checking account because this is BS. Thanks for the other agencies information because I now know to trust no one!

The ONLY reason they want to send you a refund is to shut you the hell up. You see, this fraudulent company is in the number 1, 2, and 3 spots on google. All the complaints on this site come up at the very top. Somehow, I can't see how that is any good for a company that steals people's money and sends them animal pills. That's why they're being so nice. That's the only reason. If they had their way, they'd gladly gut you like a deer and leave you bleeding and dying in a back alley somewhere. That's what frauds do. They steal from anyone and everyone. So, don't be so quick to forgive them. After all, they sent you dog pills. For worms. Other victims got sick from them. Does that sound like somebody that should be free to keep hurting others? Here's what you need to do. First, make sure that you get every penny of your money back with your bank. Then, file a complaint with EACH of these federal agencies. HTTP://68.166.162.20/REPOFORM.HTM NATIONAL FRAUD INFORMATION CENTER-COMPLAINT FORM HTTPS://RN.FTC.GOV/PLS/DOD/WSOLCQ$.STARTUP?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 FTC/BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION-COMPLAINT FORM HTTPS://WWW.ECONSUMER.GOV/PLS/ECONSUMER/WIMSNERY2$COM.MAIN?P_LANG_SEQ=1 ECONSUMER-COMPLAINT FORM HTTPS://WWW.IFCCFBI.GOV FBI INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER WWW.USPS.COM/POSTALINSPECTORS/FRAUD/MAILFRAUDCOMPLAINT.HTM US POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE-COMPLAINT FORM And, since the pills you were sold were animal pills. Dog pills, for worms most likely. Other victims got sick from taking them. You might want to report that to the FDA. Here's the complaint page. HTTP://WWW.FDA.GOV/OPACOM/BACKGROUNDERS/PROBLEM.HTML US FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION-COMPLAINT PAGE That should give these frauds some explaining to do. With the FDA and the FBI looking up their a*s, they shouldn't have a lot of time left over to push their free animal pills anymore.

After recieving a second call from David Johns from Ultra Fitness, I returned his call. He offered to send me a full refund by certified mail, if I would withdraw my case from Ripoff.com. I agreed I would report his actions to make this wrong right. Mr. Johns also requested that I call my bank and request them to drop my fraud complaint against Ultra Fitness. I informed him only upon reciept of my full refund would I do that. I also requested for him to make sure that I didnt recieve any CDs or anything else. He assured me that he make sure everything was taken care of. Mr. Johns reassured me that out of 100s of satisified customers I was 1 of only 18 unsatisified customers; however after viewing this site I find that hard to believe, but I am trusting Mr. Johns word and I am reporting that he was very willing to make this wrong a right for me. Anxiously Waiting-

Just as others on who have reported this ripoff, I recieved a phone call lastnight from Ultra Fitness rep. I was not home so I only got a message asking me to call. I did just as editor suggested. I bank w/ BB&T, they were awsome!! They credited my account and filed a fraud complaint against Ultra Fitness and stated that an investigation would be conducted on this company. I referred them to this site. Thanks - Cindy
