Ultra Life Fitness Cancellation Problems, Ripoff South Jordan Utah
My mom signed up for Ultralife vitamins from the free trial back in april and recieved them up until september.
My mom decided not to receive them anymore and therefore I called the corporate office # and told them to cancel my account. (They didn't give me a cancellation number or inform me I needed one)
As a side note I just happened to notice the account info from the cd for the online access and checked it out. I noticed that my account was active. I was never told I had to cancel that separately and so I canceled and printed a copy showing the cancellation.
I checked my bank statement and noticed that they had NOT charged my card at the usual time and was relieved.
To my surpise later in the month I was charged the $44. I called them today (Oct 18th) and was asked for the cancellation # and was told that there was nothing that could be done because it was apparently my fault.
I was only asking for a refund of the $44 dollars as my mom was happy receiving the vitamins and they finally agreed to refund the money. In about 2-4 days I am told I will receive a credit.
If all goes well I will post with the success. (and a thanks to them for doing what's right)

I just wanted to post that they indeed did the right thing and I have a credit on my account for the $44.90 To be honest I was surprised to have actually received it but thank you to Ultra Life Fitness for doing the right thing. Also I should note that banks such as Bank Of America do have abilities to block specific amounts of debits/credits from specific institutions if you specify the "EXACT" dollar amount. Thank you...
