Ultra Mobile Ultra Mobile - No coverage + They promised a smartphone that was never delivered Costa Mesa California
I also had a bad experience with Ultra Mobile. At first it worked nicely. But suddenly, at some point in late 2017 I lost coverage. No Internet coverage anywhere, and very limited coverage for regular phone conversations. At some point Ultra Mobile contacted me to notify that I was eligible for a free LTE smartphone because they noticed that I had issues with coverage. That was in April. Since then, I have exchanged a ton of emails with support, but they haven't delivered the smartphone. Every time I contact them they say something like "we had an issue with the address but it's now solved and you should receive the smartphone within 7 business days". I reiterate: this has been happening since April. At this point I think this is just a scam to prevent me from leaving the company (something that I should probably do, given that I don't have data connection). Reason of review: Poor customer service. Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
