Ultra PM aka Ultra Life Credit Card Fraud ripoff Jordan Utah
In June 2005 I was solicited through email to try a 30-day trial of UltraPM weight loss supplement. I never received the product. In August 2005 I noticed the $4.87 charge on my Visa statement, called the #800 number to let them know I had not received the 30-day trial - the person who answered the phone did not take any information to look up my account, he simply stated that I should get my product any day.
In September 2005 I received my next Visa statement, this time with several charges from UltraPM and UltraLife. I called again to let them know I had not received my product - I spoke with a JulieAnn who informed me that "I returned" the product that I had never received to begin with, and she had no proof of delivery or return to give me. She was extremely rude, worst customer service ever, refused to refund my money, and called me a liar. I asked her to ship the two supplements I was owed - she said she would.
As of October 2005 I never received the products and had to cancel my Visa card in order to stop them from putting the fraudulent charges through, and had the charges disputed - UltraPM never responded to my credit card company. It's October 25 and I still have not received the product - I called the #800 again, spoke to JulieAnn again (but, she did not identify herself until the end of the conversation)- she still could not provide any shipping information, she took down my home address to send the product. I highly doubt I will see it.
I also filed a complaint online with the IFCC - Federal Bureau of Investigations for internet fraud.
