Union Moving takes your money and runs, ripoff Detroit Michigan
The worst moving contractors. After charging your credit card with their deposit, the company does not follow through with customer service.
Union was to schedule a mover to move a spa from CA to NC. The movers could not show up on the original scheduled date. To make matters worse, the movers showed up with no means of being able to lift the spa into the truck. They were going to walk off the job. I could not contact Union all day to assist with this.
Finally I hired a local spa company to come and put the spa on the movers truck. Union has yet to return my call. Their customer service is non existent, as there was no one answering the phones to assist with me the movers they hired. Union hired these movers, they should be the ones dealing with them, not me!
