I also had the same problems you did. I went to the Rip-off report web site and I followed their advice. First go to your bank and tell them you did not approve the transaction, you still have a little time left. Next I called the FTC and I filed a report. So if all of us do the same thing, a strong case can be built against this company and we can close them down!!! Then those stupid asses gave me a number besides their 800# and guess what?! They are in Canada, not New York. I called my telephone company and a nice man told me the company is based in Toronto- Ontario, Canada. Let's go after them!!!!! I am trying to do more research and find out who the main person is because when I called Canada's information number, United Card Services is not listed but don't worry, I will find out who is behind all of this!
