Complaint Review: United Cash Loans - Ameriloan - Nationwide

I am one of hundreds of people that I have read about online that all have the exact same crazy story to tell about this company. I took out a 300$ loan 8 months ago with this company. When the loan was almost finalized I was given access to the loan agreement. after I read it in it's entirety, I decided to not continue with the loan agreement. I was to be sent another set of forms to complete and sign in order to finalize, but i never received the documents. I then recieved an email only stating that I would receive the money within 48 hours. There were no #'s to call, no one to talk to, all dead email adreses. I stupidly becouse i was desperate, went ahead and used the money to pay my rent and figured I would go ahead and pay them a crazy high intrest rate (90 on 300$ loan!) 4 pay periods come and go and they take 90$ every time =320 then 2 weeks later they take another 90 plus 50=140 up to a grand total of 460!!! holy crap right? so then I figure they must be done taking money, and I must have agreed to a 50% interest rate or something..... 2 more weeks go by and then another 75 plus 50=125 bringing the total up to 585$ I took a deep breath, and then I called the bank and filed a fraudulent claim with them. They advised that they would block all electronic transmissions from this company. keep in mind that for at least 2 months before this I had been trying to find ANY way to contact this company and to no avail. It is as if they do not even exist! My account has now bounced a dozen times because of these unauthorized withdrawls but at least I am done with them....right? WRONG! BAM.... 10 days later they hit my account for 305$!!! 305$??? SERIOUSLY!! This brings the grand total to a WHOPPING 765$ on a 300$ loan. how did they manage this when I had already blocked transactions with them through my bank? They used something that the bank authorizes as they would a check. This tells me that they have some experience with people like me wizening up and blocking them. Checks cant be stopped like electronic withdrawls and they know this. Worse yet, this happened as my rent check was clearing, and my rent check bounced, costing me almost another 100$ in fees! To anyone reading this who has not already done so; PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NOW! NOW! It is the only way to stop them!!! They will just continue to clear you out until you have nothing left! TRUST ME. This company has around 100 aliases. they are also banned from doing buisness in many states> Probably your state too. It varies from state to state, but the max allowable interest rate is usually around 15%. anything above this is theft, simply stealing. Here in the state of CA an injunction has been filed against them along with something called a desist and refrain order. This went into affect well over a year ago. We are all entilted to our money back people, and we will get it. We do however have to all get together and make every public entity that we can aware of this atrocity, and we must do so NOW! Together we will fight, alone we will be victims. No matter what though, as you are calling the local and federal authorities about this matter do not allow anyone to remind you that you entered into a contract with this company, and that you will have to deal with the consequences! a legally binding contract is not binding unless it in fact a LEGAL contract. Rollover loans are ILLEGAL, as is anything over a 15% apr on payday loans.

I am strongly urging anyone who can help us to take action against these criminals to contact each and every person on this site that has been a victim of this company, as I am sure I speak for all of us when I say im sure we could use a helping hand right now. I will not stop until I see the end of this company, and all 100 of thier aliases, and 200 different websites.
