After moving into a new home, and registering with the Do Not Call lists (state and federal), I have started receiving calls from various agents of this company. The company name seems to change based on which agent you ask, but Patriot Health / Optimum One Health Insurance seem to be consistent names that are used.

The company uses a robo-dialer to make initial contact, and then the agents try to sell a "health insurance PPO plan" that doesn't have a deductible - instead it only offers negotiated rates followed by coverage for the first $10,000.

The agents all seemed to be following very similar scripts, but either gave callback numbers that didn't work or were 'unable' to give contact information for the company. Some numbers I was given include:

It is unclear whether the company employs callers or if they are free agents generating leads (and commissions).
