United Restoration ripoff, want money, never finish the job, start working at 9pm at night have police called on me due to that, never get calls back, only run arounds now for 30 days Deerfield Bch Florida
had an ac installed a month ago, still not done with it, sends a person to do the job, he only believes that he should work at 9pm during the week, my neighbors call the police every time ( i live in a townhouse)i get nothing but the run around from corp. office and margate branch office. they are calling me demanding payment, but still dont have me heating element up and going. supposeitly i had a meeting with the big boss of margate branch last night at 6pm at my house, well its tuesday night and still noone came. i have made so many calls that half the buttons on my phone are broke from punching in the same numbers over and over. anyway to much to right about. but i hope someone can help me....

Sorry to hear about your problems with United Restoration or whatever they call themselves. Don't pay these individuals another dime. Reguardless of how many times they call you. First, take the money you have left for this installation, and find a reputable company in your area, explain your situation and I bet they would be willing to work with you. Second, have your system completely checked out by a reputable company. I would be willing to bet you that the system was not properly installed and you will soon be having problems and this will cost you more money in the long run. Third, report this company to the State Labor Licensing Board. This company should be barred from doing business. Don't get me wrong, and Im not trying to insult your intelligence, but what where you thinking letting this company(1 person) starting a job at 9pm at night, and it has taken them over 30 days and they still are not finished. A good A/C and heating company would have had at least 2 techs on the job and it would have started in the morning and would have been finished that day. I speak from experience. I have over 14 years experience in this profession. I am licensed, and certified. This company is taking you for a ride and ripping you off. I fail to understand how individuals can sit back and let this happen. Good luck in getting this resolved.
