Sorry to hear about your problems with United Restoration or whatever they call themselves. Don't pay these individuals another dime. Reguardless of how many times they call you. First, take the money you have left for this installation, and find a reputable company in your area, explain your situation and I bet they would be willing to work with you. Second, have your system completely checked out by a reputable company. I would be willing to bet you that the system was not properly installed and you will soon be having problems and this will cost you more money in the long run. Third, report this company to the State Labor Licensing Board. This company should be barred from doing business. Don't get me wrong, and Im not trying to insult your intelligence, but what where you thinking letting this company(1 person) starting a job at 9pm at night, and it has taken them over 30 days and they still are not finished. A good A/C and heating company would have had at least 2 techs on the job and it would have started in the morning and would have been finished that day. I speak from experience. I have over 14 years experience in this profession. I am licensed, and certified. This company is taking you for a ride and ripping you off. I fail to understand how individuals can sit back and let this happen. Good luck in getting this resolved.
