Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Nov 24, 2015, I was contacted by two representatives Jason Clark & Simon Syn of United States Credit Agency for the sum of $5484.87.  This agency claims I filed fraudalent informatiom to obtain loan proceeds, using checks, bank account, non payment.  Should I don't respond immediately to these charges, filing a civil lawsuit is now in progress as we speak. The court appearance is scheduled for 11/25/15, if I don't have an attorney. a attorney would be appointed in my behalf for court. I was asked what type of attorney would represent me on the schedule court date. I told Simon Syn, a attorney will handle all legal ramifications for my civil suit.

I continued asking questions, but given a more erratic & scattered information regarding my civil suit. I immediately reseach the agency in the Houston Directory, no listing.  The next source was the internet, located United States Credit Agency, telephone # listed 716+565-1430 (not in service). During my research I found a report name Ripooffreport.com, which was very informative and enlightening.  The info listed a consumer contacted with the same scam pitch, which was identical to what I encountered today, 11?24/15.

Next, I contacted the Federal Bureau of   Investigation (FBI), submitted my scam call and reseach info found thur the internet.  The rep responded by telling me this is an ongoing scam, which they have received numerous complaints regagarding United States Credit Agency, and the Indian nationals, with heavy English accents. The next step, I was advised too report this scam to the Consumer Financial Protection, phone number 855+411-2372. I did that, and was instructed to list all pertinent information to this case online. Again, I've been violated with identity theft, having sensitive personal informatiom circulating through hatchers I assumed.
