On 1-4-07 I finally received an e-mail update to my order from J. Beaudry, who identified himself as the CEO/President of United World Exchange, Inc. He stated he was sorry for all of the inconvenience, etc. but I needed to understand that there are delays, etc. He assured me that they always fulfill their obligation, a 4 month wait is not common and on and on. He also said that based on their Terms and Conditions that they can take as much time as they need to complete the order. After a few emails from me assuring him that they had broken their own Terms and Conditions by not keeping me informed of delays, they were essentially in breach of contract. He asked if I desired a refund, to which I replied "NO", I wanted the product I had ordered. Mr. Beaudry said he would make sure my order was shipped to me no later than 1-9-07. On 1-8-07 I received a tracking number and took delivery on 1-10-07. I verified the contents of the package and other than the fact that I will have a currency expert verify the validity of the bills, I am satisfied with the outcome. The bottom line is this. Keep after them and do NOT accept their excuses. Mr. Beaudry gave me his phone number of 1-800-609-3413 ext 709. Call and leave message after message and document everything. You can gain satisfaction.
