Upaycard.com/ Moorwand always have a delay when you're trying to purchase bitcoins, etc. I've tried using their mastercard transfer option & I am always getting an error message because they only have EUR dropdown instead of having USD as well. Decided to use another alternative via paypal, received an email stating my transactions went through from both parties & my money never got to my upaycard account.
Always a problem with this website. Now the represenative tells me, i have to wait 24 hours. Does that sound fair?? For people that's in the cryptocurrency world, you know time means everything to us. Upaycard constanly wasting people's time & opportunities. I was planning on purchasing coins since their low right now, but i can because of upaycard.com flaws to fix their website.
This is my last time going to their website, I've been very patient since day one. I 've past the three strike rule with this company. Also, they never notify you about anything with your profile, etc. They're very unprofessional. Stay away from them because you will be going back & fort. It's just a headache dealing with them. Also, they don't have a phone number. Therefore, you'll be typing forever.
