BEWARE BEWARE!
Upper Deck Ale & Sports Grill in Hallendale FLorida has a tendecy to run your credit card numeorus times and will tell you that your card isnt working. Two times now they have done this to to me.
They act like they have no idea what is wrong and you look at your bank account and they have charged you the wrong amount multiple times. When you call to speak to Harry Kambouropoulos, the GM, who is the son of the owner, he will cuss you out and he is rude, obnoxious and acts like he doesnt care. Both times they have done this with my card, they did nothing to correct it. I had to call me bank to dispute the charges. They ran my card 7 times for different amounts. Never once do they apologize or offer to coem back and make it right.
So if you should go to Upper Deck, TAKE CASH!! Dont give them your credit card! They take no responsibilty for over charging your card or charging you multiple times.
Trust me there are plenty of other amazing places in Hallendale and Maimi to go to. The owner should be ashamed that he allows his son to talk to their customers the way he does.
SO BEWARE BEWARE!
