Urban Florist - Artisan Florist Ripoff! A way you might be able to get your money back, ex-employee knows Vancouver British Columbia
Unfortunately I worked at urban/artisan florist for a short time, long enough to realise what was going on and resign. My official role was a customer service representantive, but as you can see from other entries there is no customer service department. Staff were/are kept busy by debiting credit cards rather than filling orders or answering phone or email messages.
Its unlikely that customers will receive a refund by speaking with someone from urban/artisan florist. I suggest that you go to the financial institution that was used to pay for your order and request a chargeback. Its not a quick process, but its the only option I know of where customers have been able to get their money back.
