Urban Florist ripoff Delray Beach Florida
I went online to Urban Florist which was at the top of the google search for florist. They are based out of BC. The only number they have is 888-244-4531 an no one ever answers the phone. If you try to place a new order by phone it goes into a continuous circle to hit 1 for new orders and when you do it just brings you back to the same recording.
They didn't deliver the flowers on Valentines Day and I could never get a hold of anyone live.
THe next day i tried calling and no one responded. So later today they delivered the flowers but it didn't have the upgrade which cost 20.00 and it didn't come in a galvanized bucket..just a clear vase.
The flowers did arrive the next day and I have a tracking number and the flowers came from delray beach florida yet the business doesn't exist when I look it up and no phone numbers.
