On February 28, 2005 I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend whos husband had passed away. The funeral was to be on March 2. The cost was over $100.00 which was put on Mastercard. A week after the funeral I received a phone call from the florist stating due to computer error they had not received the order and did I still want flowers sent. I told yes, please go ahead and send the flowers to our friend. On March 15 I received a call from our friend stating that they did not get the flowers I had ordered. I tried calling this company at least 25 times and there is never anyone on the other end to pick up the call. I tried the order line, no answer, all their customer service people are busy.
I tried their main phone in Vancouver, same thing. I e mailed no response. I would not EVER recommend this company to anyone. I think they are a poor corporate citizen if they are even in business.
