Urban House Tees & More MugsofMine.Co, LA Tees Placed online order, no EMail contact, mailbox full on phone#, no reply on contact us, total appears on credit card. somewhere in Texas Internet
NO response back at all from Urban House Tees & More website on an order I placed over a week ago. Order seemed to go through okay, I see my Visa was charged. I never got a confirmation EMail but did write down my order#. I didn't know it would be so hard to get in touch with anybody at this website.
I've tried to call many times and always get "mailbox full" recording, sent a message on their "contact us" page twice with no response back and tried to send an EMail to some address listed as "online support" unsuccesfully. On my credit card bill, I see another name listed for this charge "MugsofMine.Co" so I looked that up.
It seems that there are multiple companies with the same phone# and contact info, ALL unreachable. I see others have complained about another website LA Tees, it's part of this organization too. I wonder how many more exist? I will contact my credit card company and hopefully they'll remove the charge & investigate but Beware of ANY of these websites.
