My first instinct were correct. My worse fear about this contractual agreement is now a reality. As of right now
I don't know where my vehicle is. However, I'm left with
making the payments on my leased 2002 Jeep liberty. I did
my investigating on this company and at the time I was satisfied that everything would be ok. All of that came to a crashing halt, when I stopped receiving my payments in February 2005 I later found out that my vehicle was reposessed from the person who was making me the payments. I am working with 12 on your side, as well as I have sought legal help to try to resolve this.
I say we should organize a lawful picket. To protest this
business!!!.

Tracy - Was your Jeep Liberty Blue? If so, its involved with my mess, of which my 2000 Trans Am (also blue) is missing in action as well... I dont know if you are aware, but the state has taken action with this company, and I have filed suit against this company (and its owners) for $51,000 ( as I lost 2 vehicles with them ). The state has charged them with Fraud and for violating state statutes which DO NOT allow subleasing...
